Dear Valued Customers,

During these unprecedented times, please rest assured that the City of Dallas is here for you.  We are readily available, as we will continue to serve our customers with any Special Collections related inquiries or transactions.  You may submit your license or permit application, along with any required documents and payment by mail to:

Special Collections process the following liens:

Paving , Demolition Lien, Heavy Clean, Litter Clean, Secure Closure, Vegetation Removal, Weed, Mow/Clean, Site Clearance, and Civil Penalties.

For Fire Hydrants Meters, please visit https://dallascityhall.com/departments/waterutilities/Pages/Portable-Fire-Hydrant-Meter-Program.aspx to submit an application.

For Water inquiries, please call 214-651-1441 between the hours of                                   8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For Non-Emergency City Services, please call 3-1-1, which is available 24/7.
