The DHFC has an fifteen-member Board of Directors, appointed by the City Council, which meets quarterly on the second Tuesday of each month, or as required, in City Hall at 12:00 Noon. Directors may serve for a term of two years and may only serve four consecutive two years terms; however, after a term has lapsed they can be eligible for reappointment.
