The Financial Reporting Division is responsible for preparation of the financial statements and managing the external audits for the following items: City's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), Federal and State Single Audits, Dallas Water Utilities, Airport Revenues Fund (including the Love Field Airport Modernization Corporation), Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program, Downtown Dallas Development Authority, Dallas Convention Center Hotel Development Corporation, and other component units of the City. Financial Reporting also includes the fixed assets reporting and hotel occupancy tax teams. The fixed assets reporting team is responsible for maintaining an accurate fixed asset system for the City. The hotel occupancy tax team is responsible for collecting and reporting the City's local hotel occupancy taxes and tourism public improvement district assessment revenues.
