The Treasury Division is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the City's cash operations and investments under the guidelines of the State of Texas Public Funds Investment Act and the City's Investment Policy. In addition, the Treasury Division is responsible for the administration of the City's debt portfolio under the City's Capital Improvement Plan.
