This course provides a general introduction to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and waste management regulations, including an overview of waste identification, generator status and associated regulations and requirements, and management of waste. Course topics will include proper storage, handling, labeling, manifesting, record keeping, and disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and universal wastes.

Lean Six Sigma is a problem solving methodology that improves overall organizational performance. The Blue Belt training teaches the basics of Lean Six Sigma methodology and concepts to recognize waste and variation in processes. The Blue Belt training prepares attendees to serve as a team members in Black or Green Belt level projects.
