- Business Operations oversees department finances, contract management, energy management, and management systems.
- Custodial and Customer Care handles custodial services, as well as special events and room reservations.
- Facility Maintenance and Operations is responsible for the upkeep, functioning, and select major maintenance of City buildings.
- Capital Improvement manages large-scale repairs, renovations, and projects typically requiring external contractors.
- Real Estate handles the management of transactions for properties owned or acquired by the City of Dallas.

These functions are not managed by Facilities and Real Estate Management (FRM), and inquiries on those services should be directed to the appropriate department.
