​We want you to feel empowered to voice your concerns.  The City of Dallas operates an anonymous Speak Up Line for anyone who would like to report fraud, waste and abuse concerns by City employees, departments, or contractors. 

For City of Dallas employees, we encourage you to initially discuss concerns with your manager or supervisor.  You may also report your concerns to Human Resources, the Ethics Officer, City Attorney and the City Auditor's office.  Howerever, it is important that you have another avenue to openely raise any concerns.
