​The Pleasant Grove Target Area is one of twelve Neighborhood Plus focus areas. The Pleasant Grove Target area is located in District 7, generally bounded by Praire Creek Road to the east, Bruton Road to the south and Bruton Road and Forney Road to the north. Neighborhood Plus is a comprehensive neighborhood revitilzation strategy for the City of Dallas.
