City of Dallas Employees can get the flu shot at no-cost through CareATC at City Hall starting October 27, 2021. Flu shots at CareATC are available by appointment only.
Schedule an appointment by contacting CareATC:
CareATC Established Patients: Visit the CareATC mobile app or patient portal and select “flu shot” as the visit type.
New CareATC Patients: Schedule a flu shot visit by calling 800-993-8244.
When you arrive for your appointment:
• Enter City Hall via Ervay Street entrance
• Show your City of Dallas Employee ID Badge at the security checkpoint.
Available starting October 27th, while supplies last. Protection against Influenza A and B, total of 5 strains. Flu mist not available.
