​HAVING PROBLEMS VIEWING A PDF DOCUMENT?

If you cannot view a PDF document within the web browser you are using, check to see if the latest version of the Adobe viewer plugin is installed.   However, the surest way to view a PDF is to save the document onto your computer by right-clicking on the link and depending on your browser, selecting the "Save As..." option and then choosing the folder you want the file to be downloaded into.  Make sure the file is downloaded with a ".pdf" at the end of the filename, i. e. [document name].pdf.  You should now be able to open and read the file in Adobe Reader (available for free here).
