4928 Bryan Street

4928 Bryan Street is an eclectic Mediterranean style multi-family residential building built in 1928. Its original features are largely intact and unaltered except that the original composition shingle roof was changed to the existing red clay tiles in 1937. The building is an excellent example of the early apartment buildings that developed in East Dallas during the 1920's as part of the suburbanization of the area following the streetcar lines.
