Goodyear and Goodrich Building

3809 Parry Avenue

The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Building was built in 1929. For thirty-three years, it housed the Southwest Regional division of what was then the largest tire and rubber company in the world. The structure is also significant as a great example of a vernacular commerical office building of the early 20th Century.
