Wales Apartments

Constructed in 1928, the Wales Apartments is an excellent example of a 1920's garden apartment that was built as a result of the trolley line expansion. This Spanish Eclectic style structure is U-shaped, with a tile roof, and features a two-story stucco arcade porch.
