Dallas Water Utilities will hold a virtual public meeting to discuss the 2024 Long Range Water Supply Plan.
To find out how the City of Dallas is addressing water demands through 2080 and beyond, join us on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. by visiting the project webpage at bit.ly/DWUwaterplanning and clicking on the meeting link or using the meeting call-in number.
After the meeting, the recording and presentation will be available online. Residents will also have the opportunity to provide comments/feedback about the plan during the comment period through August 9, 2024. Additional details are available on the project webpage.

DallasGo, the new online payment platform, has launched!
Use DallasGo to pay your Dallas Water Utilities bill and
other City of Dallas bills.
Here's how to get started:
- Click here to
register on DallasGo. All you will need is the account number and the service address as they appear on your bill. When adding your account to your profile, you will be asked to provide your House Number. For example, if your address is 1234 Main Pl, you will enter only "1234" in the the House Number field.
- If you were previously registered for automatic payments and you want to continue using this convenient option, you must re-enroll in AutoPay.
Customers who prefer not to use DallasGo can continue to make payments by mail, by phone, in person at Dallas City Hall, at an authorized pay station or in the drop box outside City Hall in the driveway between Young Street and Canton Street.

Dallas Environmental Education Initiative (EEI) - This program is offered by the City of Dallas to educate school children on the importance of water conservation and recycling. Lessons are currently available to registered DISD schools for Kindergarten to 5th Grade classes.
