The City of Dallas regulates and inspects commercial pools, health club pools, hotel/motel pools and institutional pools. Pool inspectors check for storage of chemicals, chemical balance, water clarity, safety equipment, required signage, and depth markings. Properties with pools are required to post a current pool permit and current manager of pool operations certificate.

Forms & Fees All applications for commercial pool permits and manager of pool operations must be submitted to the Special Collections Division at 1500 Marilla Street 2DS, Dallas, TX 75201.
