If you need to reset your password send an email
Scroll down until you see My Evaluations and select
the 2018/2019 Annual Performance Evaluation.
In August you want to check to be sure you plan
has goals added in the Goals/Responsibilities section.
Also, in August ensure all steps up to the “Rating”
section have been completed. See example below for what your Process section of
your plan should look like in August. If you don’t see the completed tasks it
means your manager has not completed their portion of your evaluation up to this
point. The first three tasks should be complete.
