​Aug 29 - Sept 19, 2019​Employees and Management prepare for end of year reviews for FY 18/19
​Sept 19, 2019​First date Neogov is available to input performance ratings.
​Sep 19 - Oct 28, 2019
​Departments meet with employees to conduct end-of-year performance reviews for FY 18/19
    -Complete evaluations
    -Neogov performance rating input
​Oct 28, 2019​Last date to input rating in Neogov.
​Oct 31, 2019​Neogov closed for rating inputs at 5 PM
   -If ratings are not entered by 10/31/2019, corrections will be processed after the pay period beginning 12/7/2019
​Nov 1, 2019​Online system and paper performance management documents available for FY 18/19
​Nov 1 - Nov 30, 2019​Departments create performance plans for FY 19/20
​Nov 9, 2019​Tentative date to implement merit changes
​Nov 29, 2019​Appropriate performance appraisal documentation due to HR for FY 18/19 wrap up
​Dec 1, 2019​All performance plans must be in place for new FY 19/20
​Dec 7, 2019​First day Payroll will start processing CAF's for missed rating inputs or incorrect ratings and merit changes
​Dec 24, 2019​Final day for Level 1 appeal decisions
​Jan 31, 2020​Last day to submit completed Performance Improvement Plans to Human resources for anyone less than fully successful.
