Hensley Field, a 738-acre former military base on Mountain Creek Lake, will benefit from the master plan expertise of the McCann Adams Studio – the firm whose signature projects include Austin’s Mueller Airport redevelopment.
The master planning process is expected to last 18 months, in three phases including: opportunities and constraint analysis, scenarios and master plan drafting, and will include essential dialogue with the community and key stakeholders. The master plan process will kick-off this week and is one of the key features of the Community Transformation Roadmap.
