Scope and Content
The Civil Service Board prepares and adopts rules and regulations relating to Civil Service to be certified and approved by the City Council. The collection consists of the rules and regulations adopted on December 23, 1931, amendments, and annual reports for the fiscal years through 1972.

The collection is arranged in chronological order.
