Scope and Content

Annual reports are a chronology of events and fiscal activities of city government and chronicle the historical goals and accomplishments of the City. Each year, the content varies. A report may contain just a brief description of departmental functions or a detailed accounting of revenue, statistics, or events. Many of the reports give an insight to social interests, and issues that were important that year, as well as changes in governmental operations. Economic changes are also reflected in these reports.

Organization

The collection is arranged chronological by report title. Titles and content of the reports are inconsistent.
