Scope and Content

Collection contains a report providing citizen-input data on prospective city expenditures.

The report contains information received at twenty-one public meetings held in November and December 1994.  The meetings were held to seek citizen input for the development of the proposed 1995 bond program.  Citizens were asked about their preferences across the subjects of city programming, city-wide projects, and neighborhood-specific projects.  Given a list of items, citizens ranked their favorite programs, the projects most beneficial for all Dallasites, and the projects most meaningful to their immediate area.

Permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, or use by any and all other current or future developed methods or procedures must be obtained in writing from the Dallas Municipal Archives.  All rights are reserved and retained regardless of current or future development or laws that may apply to fair use standards.
