Scope and Content

This collection contains audit reports on the financial affairs of the City of Dallas from 1931 to 1950. These reports were prepared by Arthur Young & Company, April 1931; Schoolar, Bird & Company, 1931 1939; and George H. Bird & Company 1940 1950.

Organization

The reports were originally housed in three-ring black binders, an example is at the end of the collection. For preservation purposes, the items were removed from the binders and placed in acid free folders and boxes. The original order of the reports in each binder was retained.
