About Code Compliance

The Code Compliance Department consist of three divisions: Neighborhood Code, Nuisance Abatement, and Consumer Health.

Annually, the department of Code Compliance handles over 300,000 service request, 14,000 routine food establishment inspections, 866 multi-family, and 10,000 single-family rental property inspections, 38,000 lots mowed, and 1.7 million pounds of litter and debris removed.

Hi, I'm Carl Simpson, serving as your new Director of Code Compliance Services. I'm excited to lead our Code Compliance team in providing our residents with exceptional service.
