​Scope and Content

Collection contains an economic feasibility study performed for the Dallas Park and Recreation Department on the Fair Park aquarium.

The study involved an examination of economic forces, industry trends, and funding considerations.  The authors developed parameters cogent for the greater Dallas community, Fair Park, and the Fair Park neighborhoods.  The estimates were derived from the local marketplace, other area attractions, both in and out of Fair Park, and comparable aquariums' data.

This collection contains the executive summary only, not the final report.
